1. Warranty summary
- H6 Pro™ Hydrogen Inhalation Machine: 2-year international manufacturer warranty.
- Bath One™ Hydrogen Bath System: 2-year international manufacturer warranty.
- Accessories (nasal cannulas, face masks, power supplies): 90-day warranty against manufacturing defect.
Warranty starts on the date of delivery. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for any claim. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
2. H6 Pro™ coverage
The H6 Pro™ 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- SPE/PEM electrolytic cell and gas-output assembly;
- internal pumps, valves and gas-flow components;
- control electronics, display, timer and safety-monitoring circuitry;
- chassis, housing, switches and connectors under normal use;
- power-supply unit (PSU) supplied in the box.
3. Bath One™ coverage
The Bath One™ 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- hydrogen-generation cell and gas-injection assembly;
- circulation pump, valves and tubing supplied in the box;
- control unit, display and safety circuitry;
- chassis, housing, fittings and connectors under normal use;
- power-supply unit (PSU) supplied in the box.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse, accident, drop, impact, fire, flood, lightning, or fluid spillage outside designed use;
- use with non-approved water, additives, electrolytes or accessories;
- damage from connection to incorrect voltage or unstable power supply;
- damage from unauthorised repair, modification, opening of sealed assemblies, or removal of tamper indicators;
- cosmetic wear and tear from normal use (minor scratches, marks, discoloration of plastics);
- consumable items (cannulas, face masks, filters) beyond 90 days;
- commercial or rental use beyond ordinary personal and home use, unless a commercial warranty has been agreed in writing;
- damage occurring during return shipment where you did not use insured carriage.
5. How to make a warranty claim
- Email admin@hho.company with your order number, a description of the fault, and (where possible) a short video or photo of the unit displaying the fault.
- Our technical team will diagnose remotely within one business day and confirm next steps.
- If a return is required, we will issue an RMA and arrange prepaid return shipping at our cost.
- We will repair or replace the unit and dispatch it back to you within 14 business days of receipt at our service centre.
Where in-country repair is faster, we may dispatch a replacement first and arrange collection of the faulty unit afterwards.
6. Customer responsibilities
To preserve your warranty:
- operate the product in accordance with the supplied user manual;
- use only the supplied PSU, cables and approved accessories;
- use distilled or purified water as specified;
- do not open sealed assemblies or attempt internal repair;
- keep proof of purchase for the duration of the warranty period;
- retain the original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case a return is required.
7. Statutory consumer rights
This warranty is offered in addition to — and does not limit — any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Sales Directive, or equivalent consumer-protection legislation in your country of residence. Where local law provides a longer warranty period for goods of this type, the longer period applies.
