Shipping Policy

We ship as standard to:

• United Kingdom (DDP included)
• United States (DDP included)
• Australia (DDP included)
• Canada (DDP included)
• New Zealand (DDP included)
• European Union — all 27 member states (DDP included)

Shipments to other countries are reviewed case-by-case. Email admin@hho.company with the destination country and we will confirm availability, lead time and landed price.

We use insured, fully tracked services with carriers selected for reliability and customs competence in each market:

• UK: tracked UK courier with next-day or 2-day options.
• EU: DHL Express or equivalent, door-to-door.
• US & Canada: FedEx International Priority or DHL Express.
• Australia & New Zealand: StarTrack, Australia Post International, or DHL Express.

Carrier selection is made at dispatch based on destination, parcel dimensions and current transit reliability. All shipments are insured at full replacement value.

Where the country page shows "DDP included", the price you pay at checkout is the final landed price. We pre-pay import duty, VAT/GST and customs handling on your behalf. You will not be contacted by the carrier for additional charges on delivery. Where DDP is shown as "available", we will quote the DDP uplift on request; otherwise the shipment travels under DAP (Delivered At Place) and any import charges are payable by you to the carrier on delivery.

Indicative transit times once dispatched:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Australia: 3–7 business days
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Estimates exclude order-processing time (typically 1–2 business days), public holidays, and customs hold-time. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

You will receive an order confirmation by email at checkout, a dispatch notification with carrier and tracking number when the package leaves the warehouse, and a delivery confirmation. You can track the shipment directly with the carrier at any time using the tracking number provided.

All international shipments are accompanied by an accurate commercial invoice, HS classification and country-of-origin declaration. For DDP markets, we act as importer of record and clear the shipment on your behalf. For non-DDP markets, you are the importer of record. We will not under- declare value or misclassify goods.

We cannot ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or freight-forwarder addresses without prior written agreement. Some remote islands and territories incur a surcharge or extended transit time; we will contact you before dispatch if this applies.

We do not ship to destinations subject to sanctions, embargoes, or where importation of hydrogen wellness devices is restricted by local law.

Inspect the parcel before signing for it. If you observe visible damage, refuse the parcel or accept it as "damaged" and photograph it. Report damaged or missing parcels to admin@hho.company within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will lodge an insurance claim with the carrier and dispatch a replacement.
