Terms of Sale

All HHO™ products sold on HHO.company are sold by YBG Group International Pty Ltd, registered in Australia (ABN 22 636 934 999, ACN 636 934 999), postal address PO Box 139, Berowra Heights NSW 2082, Australia. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to YBG Group International Pty Ltd.

Placing an order on HHO.company constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your basket on these terms. A binding contract of sale is formed when we issue an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before it has shipped, including in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, sanctions screening, or restricted destination.

You confirm at the point of order that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected country: AUD, USD, GBP, CAD, NZD or EUR. The country selector on the site sets your display currency and the Stripe checkout currency. The indicative price in another currency is not a guarantee of price parity due to FX, duty and local tax differences between markets.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing error before the order ships. If a correction materially changes the price, we will contact you and you may cancel without charge.

UK prices include 20% VAT. EU prices are shown VAT-inclusive at the rate applicable to your Member State, where required by EU distance-selling rules. Australian prices are GST-inclusive. US, Canadian and New Zealand prices are shown exclusive of state, provincial or local sales tax where applicable; any tax payable is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

For markets where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is offered, import duties and applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. Where DDP is not offered, any import duty, customs charge or local tax assessed by the destination country is your responsibility.

Where the country page indicates "DDP included", we ship under Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we pay export clearance, freight, insurance, import duty and import VAT/GST on your behalf, and the price you pay at checkout is the final landed price. You will not be asked to pay further import charges by the carrier on delivery.

Indicative delivery windows are shown on each country page (e.g. "2–5 business days UK", "5–10 business days US"). These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual transit time depends on customs clearance, carrier capacity, public holidays and force-majeure events.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes once we have received cleared payment in full.

For DDP markets we handle customs clearance end-to-end. For non-DDP markets, we provide accurate commercial-invoice and HS-code documentation; you are the importer of record and responsible for clearing the goods through customs and paying any duty or tax assessed.

You are responsible for confirming that the product is permitted for import into your country. We will not ship to destinations under sanctions, embargo, or where importation of hydrogen wellness devices is prohibited. If your shipment is rejected by customs and returned to us due to a prohibited import, the order will be refunded less return-freight and any duty already paid.

Payment is processed by Stripe via the secure embedded checkout. We accept the major card brands available in your country and any local payment methods Stripe makes available at checkout (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported). Your card is charged at the point of order confirmation. We do not see or store full card numbers.

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing admin@hho.company with your order number. Pre-dispatch cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 business days.

After dispatch, the order is governed by the Returns & Refunds policy.

Returns, refunds and cooling-off rights are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy. UK and EU customers also benefit from statutory cooling-off rights as set out in that policy.

Every H6 Pro™ and Bath One™ ships with a 2-year manufacturer warranty as detailed in our Warranty policy. This is in addition to any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act, EU consumer law, and equivalent legislation in your country of residence.

HHO™ products are wellness-technology products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. By placing an order you confirm that you have read this positioning and intend to use the product accordingly.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence — including statutory cooling-off periods and statutory consumer guarantees — are unaffected.
