This new power station, Dubai Hassyan, saw Unit 2 that houses 4 × 600 MW Clean Coal-fired Power Plants, designed and constructed by #EnergyChina, successfully achieved the goal of full-load power generation on June 6, 2021.

This Clean Coal Technology maintains a Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) with efficient combustion by selective catalytic reduction (SCR) with Ammonia injection (NH3), with seawater flue gas desulfurization (SW FGD).
